Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

DRAFT. This page is a working baseline pending formal legal review.

1. Acceptance

By purchasing any Express Intent product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. What you're buying

Express Intent sells access to educational content, live coaching, recorded materials, written prompts and templates, and community access. Each tier on the pricing page lists what is included.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. One-time purchases are charged in full at checkout. Subscription tiers (Crew Pass, Watch and Build) renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing hello@express-intent.com.

4. Refunds

14-day, no-questions-asked refund window for all one-time purchases from the date of purchase. Email hello@express-intent.com with your booking email and request a refund. Refunds process within 7 to 10 business days. Subscription tiers can be canceled at any time; you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

5. Live calls and cohorts

Direct Calls and 1:1 Mentored sessions are scheduled through our booking flow. Reschedule by replying to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before the call. No-shows forfeit the session unless rescheduled in advance. Cohort and Operator program seats are limited and non-transferable.

6. Acceptable use

7. Intellectual property

Express Intent's branding, written materials, video, prompts authored by Express Intent, and software are owned by Enoch Odu Studios. Public-domain prompts (CC0) included in the library are clearly marked and remain in the public domain. Open-source code patterns we teach remain under their respective licenses (typically MIT or Apache 2.0).

8. No professional advice

Content is educational, not legal, financial, or medical advice. Decisions you make using AI agents and the techniques we teach are your responsibility. Test in non-production environments first.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Vercel hosts our infrastructure with strong uptime SLAs. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Express Intent and Enoch Odu Studios are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will first be attempted to resolve informally by email. If unresolved within 60 days, parties may pursue binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in our next transactional email. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
