Refund Policy

Most purchases have a 14-day refund window.

Email hello@express-intent.com within 14 days of purchase and we will handle it through Stripe. Direct Calls are refundable before the live session is delivered. Cohort seats are refundable before the cohort starts.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@express-intent.com from the address you used at purchase.
  2. Subject line: "Refund request."
  3. Include the Stripe receipt or session ID if you have it (speeds things up; not required).
  4. We process the refund through Stripe within 2 business days. It appears on your card or payment method within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Stripe disputes

If you file a chargeback before contacting us, we will still treat your refund request fairly, but please reach out first; it is faster for both of us.
