Refund Policy

Most purchases have a 14-day refund window.
Email hello@express-intent.com within 14 days of purchase and we will handle it through Stripe. Direct Calls are refundable before the live session is delivered. Cohort seats are refundable before the cohort starts.
What's covered
- One-time content tiers (Builder): full refund within 14 days of charge.
- Cohort and mentorship tiers (Operator): full refund within 14 days if the cohort has not started and reserved 1:1 time has not been used.
- Direct Call: full refund before the live session is delivered; after delivery, unused time can be rescheduled.
- Subscription tiers (Agent Ops Pass, Builder): full refund of your most recent billing period if requested within 14 days. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
What's not covered
- Purchases older than 14 days. After that window, all sales are final but we are happy to discuss credit toward a higher tier.
- Direct Call sessions that have already happened. Once the call is delivered, the deliverable is done.
- Cohort program seats once the cohort has started. We do offer cohort-to-cohort transfers if you have a scheduling conflict; email us before the kickoff date.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@express-intent.com from the address you used at purchase.
- Subject line: "Refund request."
- Include the Stripe receipt or session ID if you have it (speeds things up; not required).
- We process the refund through Stripe within 2 business days. It appears on your card or payment method within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Stripe disputes
If you file a chargeback before contacting us, we will still treat your refund request fairly, but please reach out first; it is faster for both of us.
