Yes. After a Direct Call is delivered, reply to apply its $150 purchase toward Builder or Operator. Agent Ops members can also move into Builder or Operator by emailing hello@express-intent.com from the address used at checkout.
Eligible pay-later options such as Klarna or Affirm may appear in Stripe Checkout for Operator and Builder. Availability and terms are determined by Stripe and your payment method; Express Intent does not promise a manual split-payment plan.
Refund eligibility depends on the tier and whether delivery has started. Direct Calls are refundable only before the live session is delivered; Operator is refundable within 14 days only before the cohort starts and before reserved 1:1 time is used; Builder has a 14-day window.
