Do I need coding experience?

No. You start as an operator, agents write the code while you bring the ideas and domain knowledge, then level up into agentic engineering: harnesses, skills, and MCP servers. You read and direct code; you don't hand-write it. Track 1 and Track 4 start from zero.
What's included in Builder?

What's included in Operator?

Operator is the guided cohort. You ship three production agents under guided curriculum, get review on the work, and leave with a public badge plus a LinkedIn-shareable proof of work.
Can my company pay for this?

Is there a refund policy?

What counts as a "production agent" in the Operator program?

Three things: it solves a real recurring task (not a toy), it is deployed somewhere agents can actually run it (Vercel, Render, a cron, or a local CLI), and someone other than you can fire it without your help. We grade against this rubric, not against lines of code or model novelty.
What if I have never opened a terminal?

Builder opens with "your first 30 minutes in the terminal." Install, navigate, run a command, undo a command. No prior shell experience assumed. By workshop 4 you are running Claude Code on a real project.
How is this different from a YouTube course or a Maven cohort?

YouTube shows what AI can do; we teach you to direct it. Maven cohorts are typically tool-specific (Claude-only, or Cursor-only); we are tool-agnostic by design and teach the workflow that transfers across Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, and Warp. The Builder tier is also a one-time purchase with lifetime updates, not a 6-week sprint that ends.
Are the Operator cohort seats really limited to 10?

Yes. 10 per cohort, with the 12-week program running quarterly. The cap exists because 1:1 review on every agent submission is the part of the program that does not scale. When a cohort fills, the next one opens for waitlist. We do not run hidden overflow cohorts.
Will the AI tools you teach be obsolete in 6 months?

The tools change. The operator skill compounds. We teach the patterns (CLAUDE.md scaffolding, MCP server design, agent orchestration loops) that have stayed stable across the last three model generations. When a tool is genuinely replaced, lifetime tiers get updated lessons covering the replacement. You bought the skill, not the tool.
What if I am Black or first-generation and worried this is not for me?
