14Monthly Office Hours

60-minute group Zoom call. First Saturday of the month, 11am CT. Bring questions, builds, or stuck spots. Recorded and uploaded to the Playbook.

Access: Crew Pass and above.

15Agent: Direct

Role: DM & inbox triage.

Reads every incoming Threads DM and email. Classifies intent (lead, support, spam, opportunity). Drafts replies in my voice. Schedules calendar slots when appropriate. I touch fewer than 10% of messages directly.

Stack

• Built on Claude Code with MCP servers for Gmail and Threads API
• CLAUDE.md file: ~450 lines defining tone, escalation rules, banned phrases
• Runs every 15 min on a Mac mini in my home office

16Agent: Booker

Role: Custom Scheduler + Stripe.

Qualifies leads before they hit my calendar. Sends the Stripe payment link. Confirms receipt. Drops the Zoom link. Files the recording when the call ends. Runs the entire $150 Direct Call funnel without me touching anything until the call starts.

Stack

• Built on Codex CLI with custom booking APIs and Stripe
• AGENTS.md file: defines qualification criteria, refund handling, no-show rules
• Webhook-driven (booking + Stripe events trigger workflow)

17Agent: Receipts

Role: Daily content engine.

Watches my git commits, build logs, and call recordings. Drafts the daily Threads receipt post. Repurposes the same content for LinkedIn and IG. I approve, it ships.

Stack

• Built on Claude Code with MCP for GitHub, Threads, LinkedIn
• Daily cron at 6am CT
• Drafts post in Slack #daily-build for me to approve with emoji reaction

18Agent: Synth

Role: Research & synthesis.

Pulls real-time competitor data, market signals, and conversation transcripts. Synthesizes weekly strategy briefs. Surfaces the receipts I should be posting.

Stack

• Built on Codex CLI with Tavily MCP and web scraping
• Weekly Sunday brief in Slack #strategy
• Posts a top-5 weekly insight summary to the Notion Playbook

19Billing & Price Lock

One-time tiers (Foundations, Operator, Builder, Mentored, Inner Circle): single payment via Stripe. Lifetime access for content.

Subscription tiers (Crew Pass, Watch & Build): monthly or quarterly Stripe subscription. Auto-renews. Cancel anytime in your account.

Price Lock

Subscribers (Crew Pass and Watch & Build) lock their price for the life of their subscription. If I raise prices for new members later, your price stays the same as long as you don't cancel.

20Refunds

• Direct Call: Non-refundable but rescheduleable.
• Foundations: 14-day refund if less than 30% of content consumed.
• Operator: 14-day refund if cohort hasn't started; non-refundable after cohort begins (seat is held for you).
• Builder: 14-day refund if less than 30% of content consumed.
• Mentored: Non-refundable once 1:1 calendar time is reserved.
• Watch & Build: Non-refundable once the quarter begins.
• Inner Circle: Non-refundable. Application process exists to prevent mismatch.

21Cancellation

For subscription tiers (Crew Pass, Watch & Build): cancel anytime in your Stripe customer portal. Access continues until end of paid period.

One-time tiers don't need cancellation,you own the content.
